Indiana Biltong Original is a high-protein, low-fat meat snack with no added sugar.
The best beef is marinated, refined with sea salt and black pepper, gently smoked and then cut into fine, bite-size pieces. 220g of beef are used to make 100g Indiana Biltong. Despite the strong drying, Indiana Biltong is wonderfully tender and just tastes delicious :)
