Right after the harvest, the fresh seaweed is gently air dried and matures to natural superfood. Seaweed is a unique source of important macro and micro nutrients, antioxidants, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. So each serving provides the body with valuable protein, fiber, calcium, iron, iodine and vitamin C.
